Just Say "NO" to Crap Made in Communist Red China

What does this mean?

Every day of the world I get email from around the globe. A lot of that mail comes now from the friendly folks in Communist Red China. About half the time these Chinese emails are written in their own unique signage. The Chinese characters in the messages though, while they are beautiful and I respect their nature and history, serve no useful purpose in communicating with me. Yet, still they come.

Now, the rest of the email I get from Communist Red China is pretty much of the impersonal "cold call sales" type letter. But every once in a while I'll get an email from someone who actually took the time to read my site in detail. And when they come across that famous slogan JUST SAY "NO" TO CRAP MADE IN COMMUNIST RED CHINA  - I always get a personal letter that usually starts out like this: Dave, What do you mean for the below words?  Why?  JUST SAY "NO" TO CRAP MADE IN COMMUNIST RED CHINA.

Well, first of all, let me make one thing perfectly clear. It is not my intention to hurt the feelings or insult any citizen of the Peoples Republic of China (unless they are a member of the Communist Party). Unfortunately, due to the seriousness of this issue and the huge economic, environmental, and health hazards posed by today's "Made in Communist Red China" phenomena, that may be impossible to avoid.

So, with that being declared, I will now Explain my words JUST SAY "NO" TO CRAP MADE IN COMMUNIST RED CHINA.

Who Is To Blame?
Most of the stuff we buy in the stores nowadays is made in COMMUNIST RED CHINA. And I don't have a problem with that. I'm all for free trade and helping folks out of poverty and into a life of peace, comfort and security no matter where they are in the world. The problem is that "Made in China" has become synonymous with JUNK or, CRAP as I like to call it. Tires, toys, computers, household goods, furniture, office supplies, automobile parts, or baby bottle warmers -  if you can think of it, it's probably Made in Communist Red China.  It might be made by a legitimate business with trained workers making a fair wage with benefits for themselves and their families. Or, it might be made in a Prison Camp using Forced Labor, or in some remote part of the country where Innocent Children are Starved and Beaten and Worked To Death when they should be in school or out playing with other children.  Here in the United States, how would we know who's making this Crap?  Greedy American Corporations have figured out that by designing a product to be made cheaper, then making it cheaper in Communist Red China will result in significantly higher profits. Filthy, Corrupt Politicians and Crooked Bureaucrats at the highest level both in Communist Red China and in the United States are also big winners in this. They pass the laws, then bypass laws, they get the Kickbacks and the Payoffs. They're the ones who make it possible for the Greedy American Corporations to Rip Off American consumers and to Pillage and Plunder, and Exploit the fine people of Communist Red China.

What Is At Stake?
The Environment.  Just look at what has happened in Communist Red China in recent years.  Do you think all that pollution is an accident?  Not Hardly. Communist Red China is dying from the inside out due to the choking Air Pollution, Dropping Water Tables, Polluted Rivers and Lakes, and Toxic Chemicals and Waste being dumped everywhere. That's another reason why Greedy American Corporations are doing business in Communist Red China. You see it on TV everyday. Someone is always talking about the United States Trade Deficit with Communist Red China. Don't believe it.  The United States is Trading Billions of Tons of Toxic Waste generated from products that used to be made here but are now Made In Communist Red China for more Crap than you could fit in a million Wal-Mart stores. If you don't believe me, just take a look around.

The real "Greening of America" (with a touch of Red).

Furthermore On This Subject.
RECENTLY, I had the opportunity to exchange a few emails with a fellow by the name of Mr. Bai who claimed to be from Communist Red China. The emails from Mr. Bai started out friendly enough at first.  But I noticed right off the bat that he was full of shit and completely inaccurate about the history of the United States and Chinese relations. As I began to challenge Mr. Bai on his facts I started to sense his frustration and fear, and he became belligerent and hateful in his remarks toward me and the people of the United States of America. The last line from the last email I received from Mr. Bai stated the following, "Anyway, thanks for your concerns about our environment. I think we handle this problem much much better than you did when USA experienced the industrial infancy period."

Of course anyone with any common sense would know that over the last 175 years the United States has learned much about dealing with air pollution, water pollution, and toxic waste. New technologies and equipment are constantly being developed to deal with these problems. All of this new technology and equipment has been available to Communist Red China but they refuse to use it. Why? Because the cost is too high. Clean burning coal is not cheap. Water treatment is not cheap.  Proper disposal of toxic waste just adds to the cost of the crap they make in Communist Red China and that would hurt their export they don't do it.

Well, like the old oil filter commercial goes "you can pay me now, or pay me later". Communist Red China will eventually have to pay for what it has done to the environment. Either with the hundreds of billions of dollars it has stored up for it's military or with the lives of it's people. Either way, they're gonna pay, dearly.

Supporting Communism.
Every time someone goes into Wal-Mart and buys a Piece of Crap that was Made in Communist Red China, they are supporting Communism and Nuclear Proliferation. By the way, WAL-MART SUCKS!  Communist Red China holds almost a trillion dollars of U.S. Treasury Securities. Now, should a Communist country like Communist Red China be holding that much U.S. Debt? I don't think so. But here again, it's those Filthy, Greedy, Corrupt American Politicians and Chinese Communist Party Leaders that allow it to happen. What is to be gained from Communist Red China holding so much American Debt? Maybe the bigger question here is, Why doesn't Communist Red China invest all that money in it's own country? When you look at all the Pollution and Environmental Issues in Communist Red China today, wouldn't it make sense to clean up all of that rather than buying worthless paper from the United States? What about all of the poverty in Communist Red China? I read a story about Communist Red Chinese Pig Farmers getting caught forcing wastewater into the bellies of 200 pound pigs. They would shove a rubber hose down the pig's throat and force 45 pounds of the nastiest water in the world into their bellies just so they could get more money at market for the pig. That's Just Crazy - And Sick. But that's what the Communist Pigs in charge of Communist Red China have created. They keep the people down. IT'S NOT GETTING ANY BETTER FOR POOR FOLK IN COMMUNIST RED CHINA - IT'S GETTING WORSE.  And the untold amount of dollars that Communist Red China holds that is not being invested in U.S. Treasury Securities is being spent on what? Certainly not the people and the environment? The answer is, WEAPONS AND WAR MACHINES. Being bought at breakneck speed with U.S. Dollars earned from Crap Made In Communist Red China.  Why does Communist Red China need to spend so much on these Weapons and War Machines? And if Communist Red China is such a great friend to the United States why aren't they buying these Weapons and War Machines from us. Oh, the Taiwan issue. I forgot all about that. If Communist Red China wants Taiwan so bad - why don't they just take it? I'll tell you why, because if they got Taiwan what would they have left to complain about and hold over the head of the United States?  Nothing. Taiwan is just a bargaining chip for Communist Red China. It's all about the Benjamins folks.

Hazardous Products and Tainted Food.
I don't eat at Chinese Restaurants anymore. I don't eat Seafood anymore or any Food Product that I even suspect might come from Communist Red China. I won't even take Vitamin C anymore because 80 Percent of the Ascorbic Acid now comes from Communist Red China. And I damned sure ain't gonna buy my kid any Cheap Crap Toys Made In Communist Red China if I can avoid it. I won't buy any Tires that were made in Communist Red China for my trucks or cars.  And in my business I won't buy any product for resale if it was made in Communist Red China unless the quality is proven and the vendor here in the United States stands behind that product 100% and that vendor has the resources to cover any claims for Loss or Damages I might incur. A lot of companies like mine got on the Cheap Chinese Product Bandwagon and have lost millions of dollars or have been forced into Bankruptcy because of claims for Loss and Damages due to faulty products that were Made In Communist Red China.  Not me though.  I have considered "Made in China" a Warning Label for years.

Chinese Counterfeiters.
Another Communist Red Chinese phenomena occurring is the Counterfeiting of American Products that is going on in Communist Red China. As if they don't have enough problems making a quality product in the first place, Counterfeiting just makes things worse. Seems like everyone wants in on the grab in Communist Red China. If they can't do it fair and square, they lie, steal and cheat. What is being done about it? Not much I guess because it's still all over the media. It's just a whole other industry in Communist Red China and as long as it brings in money for the Communist Pigs In Power - Who Cares. Just more Weapons and War Machines, right. "Damn The Environment - Bring Me Bombs And Weapons Of Mass Destruction".

Skyrocketing Prices For Natural Resources And Commodities.
Oil, gas, water, iron ore, copper, land, timber, and everything else this old earth has to offer is being grabbed up by Communist Red China at ridiculously high prices. The Communist Chinese Government doesn't care what it has to pay for any of this stuff. Why? Because they have an endless supply of cheap labor.  If they can't find enough volunteers, they'll initiate a draft. Starting with the local prisons and work their way down to the children in the poor rural areas. And if the cheap labor doesn't do the trick - Communist Red China will simply devalue their currency - making Crap Made In Communist Red China even cheaper. They don't care.  GRAB, GRAB, GRAB - SCREW THE WORLD. That's all they think about in Communist Red China. The Communists play by their own rules. They always have, they always will.

In Closing.
It's hard to summarize this little essay. It's hard to believe that this stuff is actually happening and that no one in the United States has the courage to do anything about it. I keep thinking that it's going to fix itself but if and when that happens it is Going To Be Ugly. Communist Red China will likely fall into Depression and the United States will probably follow or vice versa. Communist Red China needs to get a grip on all of it's Environmental and Human Rights Issues. Cleaning up Communist Red China will cost hundreds of billions of dollars. More than they have in reserve. They will have to raise their prices and that will result in a lot of the Greedy American Corporations packing up and Leaving For Other, Cheaper Places. The High Commodity Prices that we are seeing today will Drop Like A Rock and hundreds of billions of dollars will be lost. The United States needs to Impose Tough Sanctions And Tariffs on all goods coming in from Communist Red China and those funds should be used to insure that no hazardous products or tainted foods from Communist Red China ever find their way into our stores again. Inspection is very important - and will be costly. If Communist Red China had thought about controlling the quality of their product and caring more about the environment and the people of Communist Red China than building up their military perhaps you would not be reading this.

Thank you.

Hong Kong Today Thanks To Communist Red China
Why would the United States Navy want to make this a port of call anyway?

The Penalty of Leadership

In every field of human endeavor, he that is first must perpetually live in the white light of publicity. Whether the leadership be vested in a man or in a manufactured product, emulation and envy are ever at work. In art, in literature, in music, in industry, the reward and the punishment are always the same. The reward is widespread recognition; the punishment, fierce denial and detraction. When a man’s work becomes a standard for the whole world, it also becomes a target for the shafts of the envious few. If his work be mediocre, he will be left severely alone – if he achieve a masterpiece, it will set a million tongues a -wagging. Jealousy does not protrude its forked tongue at the artist who produces a commonplace painting. Whatsoever you write, or paint, or play, or sing, or build, no one will strive to surpass or to slander you unless your work be stamped with the seal of genius. Long, long after a great work or a good work has been done, those who are disappointed or envious, continue to cry out that it cannot be done. Spiteful little voices in the domain of art were raised against our own Whistler as a mountebank, long after the big world had acclaimed him its greatest artistic genius. Multitudes flocked to Bayreuth to worship at the musical shrine of Wagner, while the little group of those whom he had dethroned and displaced argued angrily that he was no musician at all. The little world continued to protest that Fulton could never build a steamboat, while the big world flocked to the river banks to see his boat steam by. The leader is assailed because he is a leader, and the effort to equal him is merely added proof of that leadership. Failing to equal or to excel, the follower seeks to depreciate and to destroy – but only confirms once more the superiority of that which he strives to supplant. There is nothing new in this. It is as old as the world and as old as human passions – envy, fear, greed, ambition, and the desire to surpass. And it all avails nothing. If the leader truly leads, he remains – the leader. Master-poet, master-painter, master-workman, each in his turn is assailed, and each holds his laurels through the ages. That which is good or great makes itself known, no matter how loud the clamor of denial. That which deserves to live — lives.
