Please read my review of the Nurecover Tropic Sauna before buying.
Greetings from Texas. I bought a Nurecover Tropic Sauna direct from the seller about a year ago. It worked fine at first. Then the boiler would not shut off at the end of its cycle. I contacted the seller, Adam Somebody. His advice was to unplug it and plug it back in. How original. Of course it didn't work. So I just shut off the power to it after each steam. That worked ok. Then, yesterday, I finished a twenty minute steam and I noticed a very nasty smell in my house. Kinda like something was burning but I couldn't track it down. The smell was in every room. Today, I started up the sauna again. Just as the boiler was raising steam, that burning smell started to come back. Sure enough, it was coming from the boiler. Then, maybe it was ten seconds later, the boiler completely shut down. Kaput! Total Failure! I disconnected the boiler from the tent and took the boiler outside so as not to stink up the house again and expose myself to any unsafe fumes.
I contacted Adam again. I advised him that the boiler had failed, that it completely turned off. I got the following response , "Could you please send us a video showcasing the fault you mentioned? This will help us assess the situation thoroughly." Obviously, Adam is not much for the written word. In my reply I had to remind him that the boiler had failed, and that it would not be possible to reproduce the problem because the boiler could not be turned on again. That's right, I had to dumb it down for him. My Nurecover Tropic Sauna was made in China. It is a worthless piece of shit and ultimately bound for the Junk Yard. Oh, and I never heard from Adam again. He's obviously a coward and a fraud.

AVOID THIS PRODUCT! DON'T EVEN CONSIDER PURCHASING THE NURECOVER TROPIC SAUNA. IT IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! A FRAUD! AND THE NURECOVER TROPIC SAUNA MAY BE HAZARDOUS TO YOUR HEALTH. THE BOILER THAT PRODUCES THE STEAM CAN SUDDENLY BURN OUT AND FAIL RESULTING IN NOXIOUS, UNSAFE FUMES FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. THE NURECOVER TROPIC SAUNA MAY ALSO BE A FIRE HAZARD DUE TO ITS LOW QUALITY CHINESE MANUFACTURE.
ALWAYS REMEMBER - WHERE THERE'S SMOKE, THERE'S FIRE.
